Proven ability to lead large teams (400+ staff) and manage multi-million-dollar budgets with accountability and transparency. Demonstrated skill in crisis management, change leadership, and organizational development. Preferred Credentials Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or Public Administration. Strong understanding of correctional rehabilitation models and evidence-based practices. Track record of building high-performing teams and leading through complex transitions. Starting salary for this position: $110,000 to $150,000/Annual ($4,230.76 to $5,769.23/Bi-Weekly)- Offered salary will be determined by experience, qualifications, and skill set that the candidate brings to the position.

Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate Required:
