•Pathway Family Services-PRTF | Full-Time| Topeka, Kansas Pathway Family Services is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Services to oversee residential program at the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This leadership role is responsible for program management, staff supervision, strategic planning, compliance, and ensuring quality services for children, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of residential programs and staff. Ensure compliance with agency, licensing, accreditation, and grant requirements. Monitor program outcomes, utilization, and performance metrics. Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff. Manage budgets, policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and internal departments. Support program growth and expansion opportunities. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional client care. Qualifications Master's degree in a Human Services field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
