Ensure supportive housing services align with St. John Center's mission, strategic plan, and funding requirements. Promote Housing stability, safety and recovery, and evidence-based practices. Develop creative, client-centered solutions to support individuals with complex barriers to housing. Staff Supervision Supervise Housing Case Managers Client Engagement, Community and Peer Support Specialists through regular coaching, supervision, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to staff serving clients with the greatest housing and behavioral health challenges. Conduct routine case file reviews to ensure quality documentation and compliance. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth. Client Services and Case Management Support Maintain an active presence in supportive housing programs and regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and service experiences. Provide direct client services and case management coverage when assigned case managers are absent, unavailable, or require additional support. Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and immediate support during behavioral health, safety, tenancy, or interpersonal concerns. Serve as a liaison between clients and case managers when communication challenges, grievances, service concerns, or complex needs arise. Support case managers in working with individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness or significant barriers to housing stability. Respond to client grievances and concerns in a timely, respectful, and solution-focused manner. Community and Property Partnerships Engage landlords and property management professionals to address tenancy concerns, housing conditions, lease compliance, reasonable accommodations, and housing retention needs. Collaborate with community partners, including the Coalition for the Homeless, Common Assessment Team, payee services, and other service providers, to coordinate comprehensive and innovative services. Ensure that supportive housing services are aligned with applicable HUD requirements, grant expectations, contracts, and community standards. Prepare and provide service reports, updates, and follow-up communication to internal and external partners. Program Data, Documentation, and Compliance Review and analyze program data, including HMIS reports, client outcomes, service activity, housing retention data, performance measures, and other program reports. Assist monthly, quarterly, annual, and grant-related reports for internal monitoring, leadership review, funders, and community partners. Monitor staff documentation and ensure that client records are accurate, timely, complete, confidential, and compliant with agency, grant, HUD, HMIS, Medicaid, and other applicable requirements. Work with leadership to identify trends, performance concerns, service gaps, and opportunities for program improvement. Assist with program audits, monitoring visits, accreditation reviews, and corrective-action plans. Timekeeping, Attendance, and Administrative Oversight Review, manage, and approve employee timecards in ADP, the agency's timekeeping and payroll system. Monitor daily staff attendance, punctuality, scheduling, call-offs, leave usage, and coverage needs. Ensure that timekeeping records are accurate, complete, and submitted by established deadlines. Review and approve staff mileage and travel reimbursement requests through TripLog. Manage and reinforce applicable standards contained in the St. John Center Employee Handbook. Coordinate staffing coverage and provide support when vacancies, absences, emergencies, or unexpected program needs arise. Complete employee evaluations, coaching documentation, corrective actions, and other supervisory records in accordance with agency policy. Maintain organized and confidential personnel and program documentation as required.
