Job Description

Habilitation Assistance Corporation is seeking a full-time Program Manager for our South Yarmouth day habilitation program, which provides services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee staff to ensure delivery of quality services and supports that increase lifestyle options, independence and improve our members' quality of life Assist the Regional Director with administrative tasks Provide case management including compilation of data, writing progress notes, attending annual meetings Communicate with administration, families, other agencies and service providers on a regular basis Ensure best practices are implemented within the program.
Qualified candidates must have:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the human services field with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience in a day habilitation program a plus. Current knowledge of developing/writing service plans. Excellent organizational skills This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, salaried position with a great benefit package, including generous paid time-off. Starting pay scale is between $55, 000-$58,000/year depending upon relevant experience . Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume.
