Job Description

NorthEast Residential Services is looking for a Regional Director to help lead and support our residential programs. In this role, you'll work closely with Program Managers and House Managers to keep programs running smoothly and ensure both employees and the individuals we support have what they need to be successful. You'll provide guidance to managers, help navigate staffing and day-to-day challenges, maintain quality and compliance standards, and serve as a resource when programs need additional support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a leadership role that offers variety and independence. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your teams while having a direct impact on the quality of services we provide. We're looking for someone who is dependable, approachable, organized, and comfortable making decisions. Leadership or supervisory experience is important, and experience in human services or residential services is preferred. This is a full-time leadership position that includes travel between assigned programs and participation in an on-call rotation.
