Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProgram Administration Direct day-to-day operations of the 24-bed veteran housing program. Ensure all residential locations remain operational and inspection-ready. Maintain compliance with the approved program scope. Coordinate with the assigned VA Liaison and participate in frequent meetings with Board staff. Participate in frequent meetings, technical assistance, monitoring, and inspections. Veteran Services Ensure Veterans receive low-barrier access consistent with the approved program. Ensure individualized case management is provided. Monitor permanent-housing progress. Ensure coordination with VA, HUD-VASH, SSVF, Coordinated Entry, HMIS, and community resources. Staffing & Supervision Supervise program personnel. Maintain adequate 24/7 staffing at the Low Demand site. Establish schedules and backup coverage. Conduct performance evaluations. Ensure required training remains current. Compliance & Quality Assurance Review incident reports. Monitor census and bed utilization. Review discharge and transfer documentation. Monitor program outcomes. Maintain inspection readiness at all times. Ensure corrective actions are completed. Ensure all documentation and reports are generated and maintained utilizing the RRF Secured Technology System. Ensure regulations are strictly followed according to RRF Policy Manuals. Financial Oversight Coordinate with the Finance Department.. Review monthly bed-day calculations. Review voucher submissions. Monitor budget-to-actual performance. Ensure supporting documentation is maintained in a safe and secured system. Coordinate preparation of required financial reports. -----
Bachelor's /Master's degree in social services, human services, public administration, business, nonprofit management, or a related field.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing human-services, housing, homeless-services, Veteran-services, or similar programs.
Supervisory Experience:
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of homelessness, supportive housing, and community resources.
Skills:
Ability to maintain confidential records. Ability to work effectively with Veterans experiencing complex housing and behavioral-health barriers. Census and billing records reconcile. The program remains inspection-ready. Permanent-housing performance is actively monitored. Individualized Service Plans (ISP) are carried out with integrity.
