Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Youth and Family Program Director is responsible for the development and operations of various programs including day camp, sports, youth, teens, and family engagement. As a member of the assigned branch leadership teams, the Youth and Family Program Director will focus on developing high quality, innovative programs that will grow the local impact, multiply the Y mission and engage more youth, teens, and families in YMCA programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Two years of experience working in a recreation, education or family programming setting. Experience in administration, including budget management, employee supervision, curriculum and program planning and implementation is required. Prior supervisory or management experience. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
