Job Description

Designated Manager Dakota & Hennepin County Areas | Full-Time Make a Difference. Lead with Purpose. JEC Miller, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Designated Manager to oversee residential programs supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Dakota and Hennepin Counties. In this leadership role, you will provide oversight for programs serving approximately 12-16 individuals living in community-based residential homes and work closely with Designated Coordinators to ensure exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance. Qualifications:
- a minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older - meet one of the following criteria below: (1) a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or (2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or (3) a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.
