Job Description
About the Role Allegiant is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Homecare (245D) program. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the regulatory and operational demands of 245D homecare services and can ensure consistent, compliant, person-centered service delivery. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations for the 245D homecare program
- Ensure full compliance with Minnesota DHS licensing requirements, rules, and regulations
- Prepare, review, and maintain all required DHS paperwork, documentation, and reporting (audits, incident reports, service/support plans, licensing renewals)
- Supervise and support program staff, ensuring quality and person-centered care standards are met
- Coordinate and participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and care plan reviews
- Serve as a liaison with DHS, case managers, families, and guardians
- Monitor program budgets, billing, and documentation accuracy
- Support staff training, onboarding, and adherence to agency policies and procedures Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in homecare (245D) services
- Strong working knowledge of DHS compliance standards, licensing requirements, and required paperwork/documentation
- Prior supervisory or administrative management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to role) Benefits
