Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion and purpose. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of program development, management, and community engagement. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services while cultivating strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to advance the organization's mission, vision, and goals Oversee program development, ensuring alignment with best practices in early childhood education and social work Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards Supervise staff members, including program managers and administrative personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Cultivate relationships with families, community organizations, funders, and stakeholders to promote organizational growth and sustainability Oversee financial planning, budgeting processes, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal health Lead efforts in program evaluation and continuous improvement to enhance service quality and impact Requirements Proven management experience in a nonprofit or educational setting, preferably within early childhood or social services sectors Strong background in program development and program management principles Experience working with individuals of a variety of backgrounds and ability to connect families to community resources Excellent relationship management skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, reporting, and organizational compliance Supervising experience with staff teams in a dynamic environment Knowledge of social emotional principles relevant to early childhood development Ability to lead strategic initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence Join us as our Executive Director to inspire change, foster growth, and create lasting positive impacts on children's lives through innovative programs and compassionate leadership!
