Responsibilities:
Summary:
Leads cross-sector health and justice initiatives that advance the well-being, independence, and self-sufficiency of Boone County residents. Directs strategic community collaboration, strengthens public and community partnerships, aligns resources and funding, and translates community priorities into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
Essential Functions:
Manages day-to-day operations supporting health and justice system collaboration by convening stakeholders and advancing community priorities. Assists with implementing the mission, vision, and strategic direction of Boone County health and justice coordination through the Health and Justice Coordinating Council (HJCC) or similar entity. Develops policies, procedures, infrastructure, and processes in collaboration with community agencies and County departments. Assists with budgets, work plans, grants, and identifying funding resources. Represents the Department and HJCC professionally at community events and with the media. Supports HJCC meetings, including agendas, minutes, notices, scheduling, and communications. Provides timely information and responds to inquiries. Facilitates forums and partnerships that promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Maintains research on community needs, trends, indicators, and evidence-based practices. Maintains agency and service databases. Evaluates outcomes with community partners and provides technical assistance on reporting, best practices, and performance management. Assists with public information, reports, presentations, and website content. Supervises administrative staff as assigned and performs related duties.

Location:
Columbia, Missouri Qualifications:
Master's degree in social services/related field, minimum three years' experience in community service delivery, criminal justice, project management, or related research; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range:
