SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
The Chief serves as the senior executive responsible for establishing, directing, and sustaining a comprehensive, enterprise-wide security strategy that protects NKC Health�s people, assets, operations, and reputation. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cross-functional partnership to ensure a secure, compliant, and resilient environment across all the health system locations.
EXPERIENCE
Five years� police or security experience. Experience in hospital setting strongly preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS
People skills.
OTHER:
Key/lock systems, CCTV, and access systems.
LICENSE/CERT
Preferred:
IAHSS-International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety
EDUCATION
Required:
Associates
