Duties may include : (Depending on the position) Reviewing and monitoring affordable housing and grant-funded programs for compliance with state and federal regulations. Conducting file reviews, onsite inspections, and compliance monitoring. Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining program data and documentation. Preparing reports, correspondence, and compliance records. Providing technical assistance and guidance to program participants, property owners, developers, and community partners. Supporting housing initiatives that improve the lives of Mississippians.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations and guidelines Knowledge of affordable housing and community development programs Strong analytical and organizational skills Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects Experience working with diverse populations and external stakeholders Additional Requirements Ability to travel and conduct site inspections Valid driver's license Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
