The Department of Public Health at the University of Mississippi is seeking applications for a visiting instructor in public health. This is a 9-month, one year position at the rank of instructor to begin August 2026. Applicants should have an MPH, experience teaching and planning and implementing community engaged public health projects/programming. Applicants will teach face to face and online in the undergraduate public health program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in public health (MPH) by time of employment Evidence of successful collaborative professional experience in community engaged public health programming Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
History of developing and maintaining partnerships with relevant public health agencies and organizations Experience teaching at the undergraduate level
