Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS- 07 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Managing housing assignments, occupancy rates, vacancy tracking, and inventories of government-owned, leased, and barracks facilities in accordance with federal housing policies. Executing, monitoring, modifying, and renewing complex real property leases while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition requirements and budget limitations. Analyzing housing operations to identify deficiencies and implementing resource strategies that improve funding, personnel allocation, and material management. Maintaining accurate housing data in HMIS or comparable enterprise systems, analyzing trends, and preparing executive-level reports to support leadership decisions. Inspecting facilities and administering resident check-in and check-out procedures to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and property-accountability standards.
