Job Description

Rising Generation LLC is seeking a qualified, dependable, and experienced Executive Director - CPA & RCCA Programs to provide leadership and day-to-day administrative oversight of our Child Placing Agency (CPA) and Residential Child-Caring Agency (RCCA) programs. The Executive Director will be responsible for program leadership, regulatory compliance, staff oversight, quality assurance, documentation, and coordination of services while helping ensure operations are consistent with applicable Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requirements and Rising Generation LLC policies and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational oversight of the CPA and RCCA programs.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable Nebraska DHHS licensing requirements and agency policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to program staff.
  • Monitor staff performance, documentation, training, and compliance.
  • Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
  • Maintain organized licensing, personnel, and program records.
  • Ensure required program documentation and records are completed and maintained appropriately.
  • Communicate professionally with Nebraska DHHS, caseworkers, families, guardians, staff, and community partners.
  • Review incidents, grievances, complaints, safety concerns, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous program improvement.
  • Prepare for licensing inspections, reviews, and audits.
  • Address identified compliance concerns appropriately and promptly.
  • Participate in meetings related to program operations and services.
  • Promote the safety, rights, well-being, and appropriate care of children and youth served by Rising Generation LLC.
  • Perform other administrative and leadership responsibilities necessary for effective CPA and RCCA operations. Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the applicable Nebraska licensing qualification requirements for the Executive Director position. Candidates should have an appropriate combination of higher education and professional experience in areas such as:
  • Social Work
  • Counseling
  • Human Services
  • Education
  • Business Administration
  • Public Administration
  • Child Welfare
  • Behavioral Health
  • Or a related field Education and relevant professional experience will be verified before final appointment to the position.
Preferred Experience Experience in child welfare, residential child care, foster care, case management, human services, social services, behavioral health, program administration, staff supervision, Nebraska DHHS programs, or licensing and regulatory compliance is preferred. Experience working with children and adolescents is also preferred. Skills & Competencies The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Ability to collaborate professionally with state agencies, families, staff, and community partners Background & Employment Requirements The selected candidate must successfully complete all applicable background checks, registry checks, and other employment screenings required for the position.
The candidate must provide documentation verifying education and relevant professional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for job-related responsibilities.

Pay:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Final compensation will be based on the candidate's education, professional experience, leadership experience, child-welfare experience, and relevant regulatory experience.
