As a key
leader within the graduate counseling program, you will help students turn their passion for helping others into meaningful careers. You'll support students from recruitment through graduation, coordinate clinical and academic experiences, strengthen program
operations, and help ensure an exceptional student experience. You'll also play an important role in maintaining program quality,
accreditation, and compliance while working closely with faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING A
master's degree in counseling, behavioral health, higher
education, or a related field; doctoral degree preferred
Professional experience in counseling, behavioral health, graduate
education, program administration, or a related area
Experience working with graduate students and/or clinical training programs
preferred
Knowledge of accreditation, compliance, clinical education, or higher education processes
Strong communication,
organization, collaboration, and project-management skills
A demonstrated ability to develop meaningful partnerships across
organizations and professional disciplines
