Job Description

NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director for Transitional Housing Program located in Ashland NH. This program is a residential treatment facility and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants secure apartments, obtain gainful employment, engage in volunteer opportunities and enroll in college with the support of our amazing THS Ashland team.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and petty cash), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention. This position has on-call responsibilities and is a member of the management team. Must be available some nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associates Degree or 60 credit hours of college credits, preferred Bachelor's Degree in human services (or equivalent); and 3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
