We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Program Director to join our Edgewater Park team and help ensure that every child receives a high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experience. The Program Director will play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our curriculum while providing ongoing support, guidance, and professional development to our teaching team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being in the classrooms, working alongside teachers, observing instruction, and helping educators grow. Key Responsibilities Oversee the quality and implementation of the center's curriculum across all classrooms. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to teachers. Work closely with teachers to identify strengths, areas for growth, and opportunities for professional development. Provide hands-on classroom support , modeling effective teaching strategies and assisting teachers when needed. Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, learning activities, and implementation of curriculum. Develop and lead ongoing teacher training and professional development . Help create a positive culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and professional growth. Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are engaging, organized, safe, and supportive of children's individual needs. Partner with teachers and leadership to address challenges and develop effective solutions. Support new teachers through onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing coaching. Help ensure that classrooms are meeting the center's educational standards and expectations. Maintain strong communication with the Center Director and leadership team regarding curriculum, classroom quality, and teacher development. Pay:
