The ideal candidate will have experience working with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs and strong customer service skills, with the ability to assist tenants and landlords and resolve housing-related issues professionally. Job Responsibilities Provide professional and responsive customer service to HCV tenants and landlords. Assist with questions and concerns related to Housing Choice Voucher programs. Process interim recertifications and related documentation. Process vouchers and Requests for Tenancy Approval (RFTA). Process Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts. Process and assist with rent increase requests. Conduct research in Yardi to investigate and resolve housing-related issues. Communicate effectively with HCV tenants and landlords to resolve questions, concerns, and discrepancies. Review and maintain accurate housing program records and documentation. Follow established HCV, housing authority, Section 8, and HUD procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and provide timely customer service. Qualifications & Experience At least 1 year of relevant experience required. Previous experience working with a housing authority, HCV, Section 8, or HUD programs is required. High school diploma required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work professionally with tenants, landlords, and internal team members. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to research issues and identify appropriate solutions. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Yardi Rent Café is a plus. Experience processing HCV interim recertifications is a plus. Experience with

RFTA, HAP

contracts, and rent increases is a plus. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HCV or housing authority programs and understands the processes involved in assisting tenants and landlords. You should be comfortable working with housing-related documentation, researching issues in Yardi, and communicating clearly with customers to resolve concerns.
