Typical work assignments will include: Developing and maintaining collaborative communications with local law enforcement agencies, such as the Police Department, as well as federal law enforcement agencies Working with the USAO community to develop and implement engagement communication strategies provide advice and recommendations to the U.S. Attorney and the Front Office. Representing the district at numerous community meetings and events, including those that occur during the evenings; Consulting with law enforcement, community, and community's public safety, quality of life needs, and address those needs through interactions with the district's litigation sections and other government agencies. Providing responses to numerous community concerns both in-person and in writing. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Requirements Help Conditions of employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or National Initial appointment is conditioned upon a satisfactory pre-employment adjudication. This includes fingerprint, credit and tax checks, and drug testing.
