They review and make recommendations on budget requests and options in terms of policy, programs and objectives for the agency or city while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and statutes. They are responsible for the accumulation of data to support the development of financial analysis and budgeting, including the preparation of quarterly, monthly and annual financial performance measures.

The Role This role sits at the center of finance and fundraising, building the materials that drive decisions: financial models, projections, analyses, investor decks, and due diligence support. Most of your time is spent on that build work, with the reporting cycle as the foundation underneath it and a smaller share of client-facing work as you grow into the role. You will work directly with senior leadership, with visibility from month-end close through term sheet. As Hill Research scales, so does this role. We sponsor work visas for qualified candidates. What You'll Do Own the financial reporting cycle, including statement preparation, monthly and quarterly close, budgeting, and forecasting Prepare pitching materials and support fundraising execution Represent Hill Research in client-facing settings, including investor and industry conferences and networking events What We're Looking For 2+ years of finance experience, with a track record of owning deliverables end to end; experience with QuickBooks is a plus Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
