In this role, you will: Support people in achieving personal/vocational goals; uphold their rights, safety, and outcomes. Develop service plans with the interdisciplinary team; attend required review meetings. Maintain accurate documentation (Medisked, attendance, billing, compliance records). We require:
HS diploma required; degree in human services or related field preferred Minimum 18 years old with 2+ years supporting people with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or mental health disorders in a vocational setting 1+ year supervisory experience preferred; if under 1 year, must complete internal management training within 120 days of hire CPR/FA, SCIP, and AMAP required (AMAP within 120 days of hire) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency Knowledge of OPWDD, OMH, and
