Westchester County Kisha Skipper for Westchester County Legislature Kisha Skipper for Westchester County Legislator District 15 is seeking a Field Director to assist to drive ground-level campaign operations and event staffing. The Field Director plays a vital role in ensuring campaign events run seamlessly and that the candidate is well-supported at public and private appearances. Responsibilities Attend campaign events and volunteer activities Staff the candidate at appearances Support canvassing and voter outreach efforts Help with event preparation and campaign logistics Recruit, schedule, and lead team members, interns, and volunteers to staff campaign events, rallies, and canvassing pushes. Qualifications Bachelors in political science, public policy, public administration, law, pre-law or other relevant majors 1
•2 years working with political campaigns (paid, internship, or voluntary) Interest in politics, public service, or community organizing Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Team-oriented and dependable Leadership experience Must have an automobile and valid drivers license
Commitment Availability:
Monday
•Friday, Evenings, and Weekends.
Salary:
