The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Director of Finance to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington , New York . Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$140,500 - $176,900 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results Direct financial profit and loss and cash flow statement reporting based on past, present, and future operations Oversee the execution of financial-related projects and system implementation Review audit findings and assist in the development of action plans and the enforcement of solutions Direct the cage department operational needs, control requirements, procedural efficiencies, and resolution of guest complaints More about you Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role as controller or director Gaming experience highly preferred Experience with compliance reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn internal financial software is required Ability to obtain and retain a New York Gaming Commission license Who we are Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country.
