Certification Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertification's, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.

You Have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish and English prefered Experience with low income housing, specifically HUD Section 8 and/or LIHTC Tax Credit Experience Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar Demonstrated knowledge of HUD and LIHTC program regulations, up to and including HOTMA Current Compliance certification preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Exceptional organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently
