Job Description
Unity House of Troy is currently seeking a Housing Liaison to join our Domestic Violence Housing Support Services Program. $750 sign on bonus
Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and safety planning.
Provide referrals and linkages to supportive services.
Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities.
Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends.
Promote a work culture of inclusion and belonging.
Unity House is a Rensselaer County-based human service agency that provides a wide range of services to meet the otherwise unmet needs of people in our community who are hurting and struggling. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 2 or more years of related experience. Valid and clean NYS drivers license. Reliable transportation. High School or GED required with at least 3 years of related experience in the human services and/or domestic violence fields. Please be familiar with HUD, federal and state housing regulations preferred but not required. Bi-Lingual a great asset!Benefits:
