Are you a certified QIDP who is passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive? Flat Rock Care Center is seeking a dedicated, experienced professional to oversee the care, programs, and services provided to an assigned group of residents while ensuring exceptional quality and regulatory compliance. Based on the QIDP requirements outlined in FRCC - Director of Quality Assurance QIDP (JA), this role focuses on active treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, program oversight, and Medicaid/ICF/IID compliance. [FRCC - Dir...QIDP (JA) | Word], [Director o...ce QIDP.ja | Word] Position Summary The QIDP oversees and directs care, programs, and services for assigned Flat Rock Care Center residents, ensuring quality outcomes, person-centered supports, and compliance with Medicaid Certification Standards and Ohio ICF/IID licensure requirements. This position plays a key leadership role in fostering a high-performance, engaged, and quality-focused culture throughout the Care Center. Schedule Full-time, salaried position Monday-Friday, primarily daytime office hours On-site position with only rare exceptions Occasional evening, night, or weekend calls may occur in response to resident emergencies Most after-hours issues can typically be resolved by phone or email Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee active treatment programs and resident services Participate as a leader on the interdisciplinary team Monitor resident progress and adjust programs based on individual needs Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, and ICF/IID regulations Collaborate with clinical, nursing, dietary, therapy, and support staff to provide coordinated services Maintain documentation, records, and required reports Provide leadership and support to staff to promote quality care and positive outcomes Participate in on-call responsibilities as part of the QIDP team Serve as the primary backup to the Administrator and may be designated as acting Administrator when necessary under applicable Medicaid and Ohio DODD requirements Qualifications Current QIDP Certification required Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Knowledge of active treatment, behavior supports, and person-centered planning Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and regulatory agencies Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills Travel & Equipment Company laptop and mobile phone provided Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, training events, and agency-related activities, primarily throughout Northern Ohio Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel Why Flat Rock? Note:

A valid Ohio drivers license that has less than six points and no more than two moving violations is required) Will you pass all of these checks? Must be able to be designated by Flat Rock Care Center as a human services professional (QIDP) by having a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a human services field, including, but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling and psychology. Do you meet this requirement? Must have one or more years of full-time (or equivalent amount of part-time) paid work experience in the provision of specialized services to a sizeable population of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and supervision of staff.

Previous Preferred Work Experience:

✓ As a QIDP; ✓ With training content and effective methods; ✓ With positive behavioral support implementation and strategy development; ✓ Experience in the following software package or web-based programs would be helpful: QuickMAR , CareTracker, and OISP Salesforce.
