$90,000-$105,000 DOE Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for a well-established public-sector organization in Tulsa. This executive role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, grant administration, compliance, financial planning, and accounting operations while partnering with leadership to ensure long-term financial stability. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee grant management and compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements. Ensure compliance with GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and internal controls. Direct accounting, finance, payroll, billing, and grants functions. Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals. Improve financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency. Present financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and governing boards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred. CPA or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) required. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Governmental, nonprofit, or public-sector accounting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of fund accounting, budgeting, grant compliance, and financial reporting. Experience managing complex budgets and grant portfolios. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
