Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Township Manager to lead and oversee the comprehensive operations of our township. Drive business development initiatives to promote economic growth while maintaining sustainable operational practices. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and partners to secure favorable terms that benefit the township's strategic objectives. Experience Proven management experience in a senior leadership role within local government or a comparable organization. Extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and business management within a complex operational environment. Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams effectively while managing multiple departments simultaneously. Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing budgets at an executive level; proficiency in budgeting processes is essential. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with executives, elected officials, staff, and community stakeholders. Expertise in operational management principles including process improvement, negotiation strategies, and business development initiatives. Experience utilizing data analytics for decision-making purposes to enhance organizational performance. Ability to foster a collaborative environment through cross-functional teamwork and leadership development initiatives.
