unless you meet ALL required qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school OR have 5 years of property management experience OR have an equivalent combination of education and experience. Have knowledge of HUD Subsidy Programs and be proficient in evaluation and presentation of financial reporting. Possess a valid Driver's License with access to a registered and insured vehicle for travel approximately 60-75% of the time. Obtain Real Estate License within 9 months of employment (preferred at time of hire). Demonstrate excellent communication, basic computer skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
