Our full-time Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) is a structured, rotational program designed for highly motivated individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation while gaining broad exposure across our business. Through formal training and hands-on experiences, you'll develop the skills, business acumen, and professional network needed to accelerate your career. As a participant, you'll rotate through meaningful assignments within Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit career tracks. You'll contribute to preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting monthly accounting close activities, developing forecasts and budgets, evaluating business opportunities, and driving operational improvements. You'll also gain exposure to internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional business partnerships that help shape strategic decision-making. This program is built for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make an impact early in their careers. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop leadership capabilities, and be encouraged to demonstrate initiative, accountability, and innovative thinking while building the foundation for long-term success. What You'll Need Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics and will receive degree by June 2027; OR pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF) and will receive degree by June 2027. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. How You'll Stand Out Prior Gallo Finance or Accounting work experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated and skilled in managing multiple tasks in a team environment. We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable. This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
