Job Description

A well-known, nationwide management company has an immediate opening for a full-time Regional Manager based out of the Central Florida/ Orlando area . The diverse portfolio will require knowledge of all affordable housing programs ( HUD and LIHTC required ), at least 5 years' experience in multi-family, and 3 years minimum in a Regional Manager role. Travel is required, sometimes on short notice, therefore a valid driver's license required. CAM or CPM designation preferred. Compensation and Benefits includes Competitive salary and bonuses, life insurance and LTD, Company-subsidized health benefits, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) matching contribution, fifteen (15) days Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued per year, twelve (12) paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement programs.
