Program Evaluation, CQI and Accreditation Director Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in CQI, accreditation, has performed in an intermediate or senior level position with demonstrable skills related to position responsibilities. The department requires an experienced, effective, productive administrator who can ensure assessment and evaluation practices are fair and appropriate and the program is meeting institutional goals and regulatory standards. Significant and high-level analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to generate and implement solutions is essential. Must be able to assess and prioritize functions, projects, and tasks. Job Summary Leads team and directs medical education program evaluation operations. Designs and implements program evaluation measures and executes ongoing continuous quality improvement and accreditation efforts. Leads strategic planning efforts and ensures compliance with regulations. Supports personnel in the execution of program evaluation efforts, communicates recommendations and improvements, and contributes to educational research projects. Develops annual budgets and performs related financial duties Essential Functions The Program Evaluation, CQI and Accreditation Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, overseeing the preparation and timely submission of requirements of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), and developing, implementing, and monitoring continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Incumbent will be a leader within the Office of Accreditation and Continuous Improvement and will lead the accreditation and CQI efforts. This position will oversee all aspects of LCME accreditation, including self-studies, data collection, site visit preparation, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7 years experience. Physical Effort General office setting. Incumbent is expected to move about Scaife Hall, in particular, and the University and nearby clinical facilities, in general. Incumbent is expected to be able to lift and move, as necessary.
