Program Manager Housing & Job Placement (Nonprofit) - Part Time

Job Summary We are seeking seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee housing and job placement programs. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing services that support individuals and families in achieving stable housing and sustainable employment. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, highly organized, and experienced in nonprofit or social services program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of housing support and job placement programs Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, policies, and procedures Coordinate services with housing providers, employers, and community partners Supervise program staff and provide training, guidance, and performance feedback Track program outcomes, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for leadership and funders Assist with grant reporting and compliance requirements Build partnerships with local agencies, employers, and workforce development organizations Ensure clients receive effective case management and support services Monitor budgets and assist with program funding allocation Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and service delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in nonprofit program management, housing services, or workforce development Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience working with housing programs, homelessness services, or job placement services Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Knowledge of community resources and social service systems Why Join Us?
