You will drive operational reliability by troubleshooting sophisticated control loops, high-voltage electrical infrastructure, and automated systems to ensure peak facility output. Responsibilities Execute advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve complex electrical and instrumentation failures. Optimize the performance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and turbine control logic to enhance plant efficiency. Maintain critical electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, transformers, and motor control centers. Manage the lifecycle of maintenance tasks through CMMS platforms, ensuring precise documentation and regulatory compliance. Lead technical initiatives to refine preventive maintenance programs, directly impacting long-term system reliability. Interpret intricate electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals to guide repair and installation projects. Mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety-first operations. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems within industrial or power environments. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting DCS platforms and turbine control systems. Proficiency in reading and applying complex electrical schematics and P&IDs. Strong background in high-voltage equipment maintenance, including switchgear and transformers. Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting. Preferred Skills Technical or vocational degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field. Advanced experience with CMMS software for work order management and reliability tracking. Proven track record of leading technical teams or serving as a subject matter expert in industrial maintenance.
