Customer Service Express Employment Professionals - 3.8 Pittsburg, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour Qualifications Computer literacy Filing Administrative experience Data entry Organizational skills Clerical experience Full Job Description Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our client in Bay Point, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a background in construction, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering Incoming Calls:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Multi-tasking:
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
Great CSR Skills:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
Light Package Handling:
Assist with the handling and processing of light packages, ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation.
Filing, Copying, and Faxing:
Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, making copies, and sending/receiving faxes to support office operations.
Detail-Oriented:
Pay close attention to detail when handling customer information, processing orders, and performing other tasks to ensure accuracy and precision.
Basic Computer Skills:
Utilize basic computer skills to navigate software systems, enter data, and communicate effectively through email and other digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Previous experience in a construction background. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of common office software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
