We are seeking a motivated Public Health Program Director 1 to lead youth and young adult tobacco prevention and cessation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with schools, community organizations, and public health professionals to implement evidence-based health education programs.

Hybrid (Remote with quarterly in-person meetings and initial onboarding)

Interview Process:

Webcam or In-Person Key Responsibilities Implement youth tobacco prevention and education strategies across Tennessee. Partner with schools and local organizations to deliver health interventions. Design and lead engaging training programs for educators, students, and health staff. Develop and distribute educational materials to internal and external partners.

Core Skills & Requirements Primary Skills Public Health Education:

Expertise in designing and executing community health interventions.

Youth Engagement:

Experience delivering targeted youth prevention programs.

Qualifications & Location Rules Education:

Bachelor s degree in Health Education, Biology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in public health or health education.

Residency:

Must be a current resident of Tennessee (or established resident prior to start).
