Responsibilities include maintenance of centralized legal docketing system for high volume civil defense practice. We are willing to train a great candidate who loves to learn! This position can be filled by a candidate in CA, IL, MN, or MO, however the regular hours are in
Pacific Standard Time:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST. Qualified candidates will possess the following: 0-3 years of legal docket or calendaring/docketing experience Ability to interpret civil rules of procedure in State and Federal courts Ability to accurately calculate dates Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize high volume workload Exceptional organizational skills and superior attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
