Senior Manager of Clinical Programs Position Summary The Manager of Family Programs is responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, and evaluation of family-focused services and programs at the WARM Center. This position ensures that programming effectively supports families experiencing housing instability, poverty, crisis, or other barriers to self-sufficiency. The Manager provides direct supervision to program staff, oversees service delivery, manages community partnerships, and promotes positive outcomes for children and families. The successful candidate will be a compassionate and strategic leader who is committed to strengthening families through high-quality services, trauma-informed care, and collaborative community engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Leadership and Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee all family programming, partnerships, and related services. Ensure programs align with the WARM Center's mission, goals, and funding requirements. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for family services. Monitor program effectiveness using measurable outcomes and data-driven decision making. Prepare program reports for leadership, funders, and stakeholders. Staff Supervision and Development Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff and volunteers. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and performance expectations. Client Services and Family Support Ensure families receive comprehensive, client-centered services, focused on housing stability. Support staff in assessing family needs and developing individualized service plans. Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive service delivery. Address complex client situations and provide guidance on appropriate interventions and referrals. Community Partnerships and Collaboration Develop and maintain relationships with schools, family court, social service agencies, healthcare providers, housing organizations, and community partners. Represent the WARM Center at community meetings, coalitions, and networking events. Identify and execute opportunities for collaboration that enhance services for families. Program Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with grant requirements and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate program documentation and records. Conduct regular program reviews and implement quality improvement initiatives. Support audits, monitoring visits, and reporting requirements. Budget and Resource Management Assist in developing and managing program budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure responsible use of resources. Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant applications and reporting. Oversee allocation of program supplies and resources. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Psychology, Family Studies, or a related field required. Relevant experience may be considered. Experience Minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in family services, social services, nonprofit management, or related programs. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with families experiencing homelessness, poverty, crisis, or other social challenges strongly preferred. Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of family systems, trauma-informed care, and community-based services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to build partnerships and engage diverse populations. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management or data tracking systems. Ability to analyze program data and prepare reports. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel locally for meetings, events, and outreach activities as needed. Work Environment The work environment includes office, program, and community settings. The position may require occasional evening or weekend hours to support family events, staff training, or community engagement activities.
