In this pivotal role, you will oversee the overall operations, program development, and community engagement efforts, ensuring that our services effectively meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and underserved communities. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster strong relationships, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and social service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader eager to make a meaningful impact through innovative program management and compassionate service. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership to all organizational programs, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs. Manage staff supervision, including social service program staff, behavioral health professionals, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support individuals with disabilities and those from underserved communities, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies to promote collaboration and organizational growth. Oversee budgeting processes, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to social services and disability programs. Lead efforts in program development by identifying community needs, securing funding opportunities, writing grants, and expanding service offerings. Supervise technical projects and programs while providing mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth. Maintain clear communication channels within the organization to promote transparency, accountability, and team cohesion. Requirements A bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training. Holds active/current administrator's license of assisted living in South Carolina. Proven leadership in social services administration with demonstrated success in managing teams and supervising staff. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Administrative experience including budgeting, compliance oversight, program management, and writing reports or proposals in senior housing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentation purposes. Experience working with underserved communities; bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative programs aligned with community needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on client engagement and team collaboration. Leadership in social services administration with supervisory experience in behavioral health or related fields.
