In this role, you will develop innovative activities, oversee program implementation, and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to support the growth and well-being of youth. The Youth Director will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful experiences that promote Christianity, leadership, and positive social development. This part time, paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals while demonstrating strong leadership and administrative expertise. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement comprehensive youth programs that align with organizational goals and community needs. Organize and work with volunteers, working within youth initiatives, providing guidance and assistance. Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently. Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local agencies to expand program reach and enhance the youth program. Ensure compliance with safety standards, childcare regulations, and organizational policies across all youth activities. Experience Proven track record in Christian church roles or similar leadership positions is desirable.
