Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of HCS homes and/or day programs Supervise DSPs, home managers, and nursing staff Ensure compliance with Texas
HHSC HCS
rules and regulations Monitor service delivery and Individual Plans of Care (IPC) Hire, train, and evaluate staff Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules Conduct audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions Coordinate with case managers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Communicate with families, guardians, and outside agencies Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social services, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years experience in HCS, IDD, or similar programs Minimum 1 year supervisory experience Knowledge of Texas
HCS/HHSC
rules and Medicaid waiver programs Strong leadership and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications LVN or RN license Experience as HCS Case Manager or Residential Manager Experience with Texas Medicaid waiver programs (HCS, TxHmL, CLASS)
