Overview:
Goodwin & Company is looking for an energetic, ambitious Onsite Manager responsible for delivering management services to a
TERAVISTA HOA
/Board of Directors. This position is responsible for the management of operations that include: overseeing of personnel, collections, resident relations, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, administration, reporting, and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
Vendor management through contracted services Financial goal management through successful execution of the business plan and adherence to the operating budget. Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists Responsible for day to day maintenance coordination, compliance inspections, and social activity coordination. Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong communication and people management skills Possess strong financial and analytical abilities, extremely organized, and strong attention to detail BONUS - Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or PCAM, CMCA, or AMS certification(s)

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
