Employee Housing Manager Full-Time

Job Description

Job Summary The Employee Housing & Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Resort's employee housing portfolio, including dormitory-style housing, efficiency apartments, traditional apartments, and single-family homes. This position oversees all aspects of the employee housing experience, including occupancy, leasing, rent and security deposit administration, resident relations, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and housing team supervision. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for employee residents and works closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Payroll, and Resort leadership to ensure employee housing is well maintained, efficiently operated, and provides a positive living experience for our associates. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Resort's employee housing portfolio, including two dormitory buildings, efficiency apartments, traditional apartments, and single-family homes. Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of three employees supporting housing operations. Manage housing assignments, vacancies, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs to maximize available employee housing. Meet with residents to complete leases, housing agreements, and other required documentation. Ensure rental rates, security deposits, and other authorized housing charges are accurately communicated and submitted for appropriate payroll deductions. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, leases, deposits, rent payments, keys, housing assignments, and resident information. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee residents regarding housing questions, concerns, maintenance requests, and other housing-related matters. Receive and track resident work orders and partner closely with Engineering to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly and appropriately. Conduct regular property and unit inspections to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational concerns. Coordinate the preparation of units between residents, including cleaning, repairs, inspections, and readiness for new occupants. Establish and consistently enforce employee housing policies, lease requirements, community standards, and property rules. Address resident concerns and lease or policy violations professionally, consistently, and in partnership with Human Resources when appropriate. Monitor housing availability and communicate current and anticipated needs to Human Resources and Resort leadership. Maintain an accurate inventory of housing units, furnishings, equipment, keys, and other housing assets. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as necessary for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and other property needs. Identify opportunities to improve housing conditions, resident satisfaction, operating efficiency, and utilization of available housing. Assist with planning and budgeting for housing maintenance, repairs, furnishings, and capital improvement needs. Ensure housing operations comply with applicable company policies and local, state, and federal requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in property management, residential housing, hospitality housing, facilities management, or a related field strongly preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience working directly with tenants or residents and managing leases, occupancy, and maintenance requests preferred. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and resident needs simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable working collaboratively across departments, including Human Resources, Engineering, Payroll, and Finance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn housing, property management, and company systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Resort housing properties as needed.
