Job Description
Are you a person who enjoys working in an environment with a variety of interesting Police Department tasks to manage? Are you a multi-tasking, problem-solving, organized individual who is capable of leadership? If so, we want you to help support Prince William County's mission by joining the Administrative Services Bureau Records Section of the Prince William County Police Department. This position is within the Administrative Services Bureau of the Police Department. The job responsibilities for the Administrative Support Coordinator include performing an array of functions that include the analysis and management of criminal and arrest records. This position requires technical knowledge of the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) or the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program. Additionally, the qualified applicant must have experience managing criminal records and associated tasks and the ability to provide leadership in a team setting. Success in the position requires you to be a creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organized individual who can work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
