Job Description
Opportunity Highlights:
- 50/50 administrative-to-clinical split leading up to launch.
- Serve as Founding Program Director of a new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
- Lead curriculum design, faculty development, accreditation, and strategic planning ahead of the inaugural 2029 class.
- Work alongside a dedicated residency development consultant, CMO, and university partners to bring the program to life.
Compensation Highlights:
- $390,000-$400,000+ starting base salary.
- Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus.
- $15,000 relocation stipend.
- $44,000/year in uncapped student loan repayment.
