Job Description
Clark Regional Wastewater District is recruiting for two administrative professionals to join our team in
Vancouver, Washington:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Provide complex, confidential, and professional administrative support to the General Manager. This position serves as a key liaison among the General Manager, Board, business partners, committees, affiliated organizations, public officials, and the public. The position is also designated as the successor to the Board Clerk.Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong organization, communication, proofreading, editing, and business writing skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of records management and Washington's Public Records Act
- Seven years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, including at least two years supporting executive or upper management
- An associate degree or specialized administrative training
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Notary Public commission within 12 months of hire
Salary:
$6,618 to $8,652 per month Starting salary, depending on qualifications: $6,618 to $7,567 per monthBENEFITS
