Job Duties Include:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role blends behind-the-scenes procurement work with day-to-day customer support, making it a great fit for someone who's organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Responsibilities Process purchase orders and track deliveries with suppliers Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve order issues, returns, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records in our ordering/CRM systems Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in purchasing, customer service, or a related role Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and order-management software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, problem-solving mindset
