Obtain additional details and direction from clients as necessary. Manage daily client communication regarding project status, approvals, and scheduling Provides administrative assistance to the advertising department on day-to-day activities, including responding to vendor phone calls and emails Responsible for opening requisitions and working with Purchasing on the coordination of POs and deliveries. Participates in traffic and production meetings with the team to ensure all projects are on time. Provide clear, thorough written direction to appropriate teams (creative) per type of project including, but not limited to, the design team, copy writer and agency partners. Manages production supplies and places orders as needed. Must be 18 years of age or older. Willingness to work in any assigned department and on any projects. Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints.

Pay:

$25.00 an hour Preference is given to qualifies tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
